Hello

I am getting to the point where i will become desperate about tracking this parcel.

This item was meant to be sent from China to the UK . I am saying 'meant' as i don't know if it was sent or not.

The last tracking information is : ''Leave "Shanghai Pudong", Next stop "Shanghai Pudong" and that was on 2019/01/18.
It's been more than 65 days now and no update has been made on the tracking website.
I have contacted the seller numerous times and they said the item was exported and that they have contacted local China Post branch several times and were advised to wait.

Please advise to why the item is still showing as being in China after all this time ? Has it left China mainland or not? Was it sent or not to the United Kingdom? Do you have any more updates after 2019/01/18 ????

Is the package lost ??

Please help!!!

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow parcel and very very few update after the parcel left China. Normally it will arrive UK in 4 to 6 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.

Thank you for the reply.

The parcel weights between 4 and 7 kgs. I can't believe it can take up to 6 months to arrive . I can only hope it will reach me very soon.
What i don't understand is that it says : ''Leave "Shanghai Pudong", Next stop "Shanghai Pudong" . Has the parcel left China or not??

your parcel should have left China from Shanghai Pudong. But this is just a start of the long journey.

if your parcel is over 2kgs, it is not a good idea to use such slow service. You need wait another 2 to 4 months to get the parcel , Next time please use EMS or DHL to ship heavy item if time is important to you.
