Post I have four packages that stuck in Guangzhou

Dear admin, I have four packages that still stuck, from Guangzhou to Jakarta, Indonesia. The other packages that sent on a later date has arrived in my country.

I track them from track-chinapost.com

1。LO390898830CN
广州市, 已交航空公司运输 on 2019.11.10 at 11.25
Then
广州市, 【广州交换站】退回 on 2019.11.10 at 17. 14

2. LO390898551CN
广州市, 已交航空公司运输 on 2019.11.10 at 11.25
Then
广州市, 【广州交换站】退回 on 2019.11 at 17.14

3. LO400227045CN
广州市, 已交航空公司运输 on 2019.11.07 at 10.14

4. LO406118397CN
广州市, 已交航空公司运输 on 2019.11. 08 at 10.36

Could you please help me check? They usually doesn't take this long. Thank you.

LO390898830CN and LO390898551CN were rejected by Guangzhou airport safety check point. You need open dispute to seller for refund.

Another two parcels are on the way to Indonesia. I can not see any problem with these two parcels. You need wait another 1 or 2 weeks to get them. Once the parcel arrives Indonesia, Indonesia Post website will show local location.
