The company inform me that my shipment is on the way to me and tell me to check shipment status on China Post tracking with number as follow:

LM531908987CN

But I can not check the shipment status.
the answers is
" International Mail# LM531908987CN Tracking Result
1|#||4|1332|updatePanel|updatePanelMain|
No shipping record!"
Please help me where is my parcel and when will it arrive in Hanoi, Viet Nam

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LM531908987CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

Now i check my Parcel# LM531908987CN

The Result is
"Last Update Time Destination Departure From Current Status"

and no more information. Please help me to explain the information

LM531908987CN is still invalid, no record in china post database. Your seller has not shipped anything yet.
