Hallo,

ich habe erfahren, dass meine Warenrücksendung nach China beim Zoll dort liegt und darauf gewartet wird, dass ich noch Zoll zahle.
Wie kann ich das tun, wer sagt mir wieviel das ist.

Shipper can not pay duty. Only recipient needs to make customs clearance and pay duty. This is the international postal union rule.

Is the item a return for refund? It seems that the recipient does not want to accept this item.
