Dear Sir
I am facing a little issue in tracking: RF186573828ES, I need you to please help me out in tracking my parcel.
I was expected to receive the parcel at HEFEI, ANHUI PROVINCE. But now the status is showing me

I don't know why it going from Hefei to Nangang Post Office.
I will be grateful if you will help me.

Nangang post office(南岗邮政所 ) is a small branch in Feixi county, Hefei . I believe your address is closing to 南岗邮政所. You can call China Post hotline 11185 to arrange pickup.

Thanks a lot, I was worried about it. When I checked the Nangang on a map, it was showing me the location in the north of China.
I hope I will receive my parcel in a couple of days.
This is the address where I am expecting my parcel, Will you clarify that it is near {南岗邮政所}

合肥市高新区中科大先进技术研究院1栋 626 室

南岗邮政所 is about 3.5 km from your address. I believe your parcel will arrive 南岗邮政所 first, then postman will deliver the goods from there to your office in next 2 to 3 days. No need worry too much.

P.S. Your address seems to be a High Tech Industry park. I believe you need check with supervisor of the park how to collect your mail. In many similar cases, postman just send the parcel to park mail reception office instead of to your room.

Yes, I am aware of it. All the parcels do come to the mailbox. I will receive it from there. Thanks for your kind concern.
