Hello,

I am a medical genetics. I have to register to PhD program in Germany. My document has still been in deliver since 4/6/2020. I sent my documents from the US to Germany but now they are in China. Please send them to Germany urgently.

It seems USPS sent this document to wrong place. You need contact USPS and file an investigation.

BTW, although USPS.com shows the parcel was shipped to China, China Post has no arrival info. I believe USPS did not ship the goods to China, Their computer systems was input with wrong record.
