I placed an order on January 29th, 2020 that didn't ship until February 29th, 2020. I haven't heard a thing since March 2nd, 2020. Over 2 months waiting now. Tracking number is CP398455231CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CP398455231CN was shipped by seller from Shanghai to USA on Mar 3. It is still in Shanghai since Mar 3.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% international airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring , you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
