I can't track my package. It says no shipping tracked LY083412523CN when I got confirmation it was shipped 3 days ago. What's going on.

no shipping record means your seller has not shipped anything yet. You need push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not get real tracking result, you will open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/ebay against fraud.

I ordered from Transcend on April 19th an when I checked the tracking status it say as of April 27th its in Shanghai my tracking number is LY043433777CN how long until i receive my package?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet. You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment location info, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud shipment.

RY066050118CN, I ordered it more than 3 weeks ago.
The status hasn't been changed for more than 2 weeks, and it says the parcel hasn't left China yet ( Shenzhen center export customs cleared ). Is this possible?
