LY022163805SE arrived in China on Mar 3rd. But the recipient has never made customs clearance. We strongly believe that the recipient doesn't want to accept your return and refund your money. This is not a shipping problem , this is an integrity problem.

You need file dispute against seller.

Hi,
I have disputed the seller who wants to take no responsibility and points me to go via the currier. I have talked to them(PostNord) and they cant do anything.
I did the Customs Declaration before sending the packages but for some reason import VAT for a return package is needed, which to my knowledge i cannot solve.

Below you will find the response from the seller
Regarding Customs Responsibility Per international postal regulations for DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipments, the sender is responsible for providing accurate declarations and ensuring the package meets the destination country's import requirements. While we understand PostNord's stance, as a commercial entity, we do not receive individual tax notifications for private returns until the local courier (China Post) attempts delivery. If customs requires specific sender information or local clearance, it often stems from the way the parcel was declared at the origin.

the seller is lying. Import customs declaration in China customs must be made by recipient. Obviously the seller is trying to give you excuse to avoid accepting the return and refund. This is not a customs clearance problem, not even a shipping problem. This is your seller's integrity problem which can not be solved by China Post.

You need to open dispute to your marketplace or file charge back against fraud .
