Post Error with hand off of my package

I Have been waiting months for my rashguard to arrive and I ended up sending the Australian post office a stern email about why its taking them so long to deliver something. It turns out that they "have no record of LX025908940CN arriving or being handed to us for carriage." I have saved emails from the Aust post office saying that they see that it says it's not in the hands of the post office but they have not been given my package. They said it wasnt scanned into the country yet and that I should check with China Post. I have the email if you need me to forward that to you. I just want an answer on why my package is taking so long to get here when I've been told that deliveries are still taking place and yet it still hasnt arrived.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LX025908940CN was shipped from Shanghai to Australia on Mar 12. it is still in China.

China government has cancelled 99% international airlines to stop cover-19 spreading. China Post has no shipping space to send parcels abroad. Many parcels of February are still waiting in China airports. You might need wait some more time.

Right now it is difficult to predict accurate arrival time. It should be after the covid19 crisis ends and international airline back to normal.
