My package was shipped last March 30 and until now there has been no update. Hope you can share any information about it. Thank you.

EB715906121CN passed Guangzhou customs on April 3. It is waiting for flight space to Japan.

Now China Post has not enough shipping space from airline, waiting time is longer than usual. please be patient.

Once parcel arrives Japan, Japan Post website will show arrival info.

Thanks for the reply. I understand parcels are delayed due to the global pandemic but based on your experience, how many days on average does EMS take lately? Before it only took around 4 days to deliver to Japan.

Our recent stat shows parcel to Japan average delay caused by coronavirus is 30 days.
