Hi there,

I have a package that I ordered from amazon that is coming from the Nanjing region, my tracking number is EV856838596CN.

I am concerned because the package is no longer available for purchase on Amazon and has not moved since April 13th.

EV856838596CN is still waiting in Nanjing for space to JFK airport. normally you need wait 2 to 3 weeks to get flight space.

Oh wow!

So this is not at all uncommon to see no further tracking for my package at this stage?

you will not see tracking update until the parcel arrives USA . Once parcel passes US customs, you will see new location and status in USPS tracking system.

I understand, I just do not have much experience ordering from China; I have had packages delivered before I am even given tracking information in the past lol
