Post EMS ePacket shows delivered, but i have seen nothing

Dear Forum
The trace of Packet LL818613938CN shows that it has reached and cleared the Customs in Germany.
It then say delivered and do have the following number attached: DE746531320000
However i cannot find to which company that belongs and i have recieved no package at all.
Has anyone an idea, apart from starting a trace or two?
I have a case opened by PayPal, but i think they will rely on Delivered status and do nothing more.

LL818613938CN was delivered by Germany Post (DHL packet) on Nov 25. You can contact Germany Post for delivery detail.
