it's been 1 month since I ordered with EMS, it's not normal that it takes this musch time, I'm not happy at all. Please urge them to send my parcel thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EB707000344CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Guangzhou office to Morocco on Nov 13.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Morocco Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Morocco). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 30 to 40 days until Morocco Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Morocco Post website will show its new status with Morocco location.
