One month ago, I paid China Post to send me a package I had sent from Tsinghua University in Beijing. The package ID is EA557097901CN to be sent in France.
I checked the China Post mail Tracking system and it appears that this package faces some difficulty. On the tracking systel it is described as being "cancelled by the sender" and there has been no update since 2020-13-07 (more than 2 weeks ago).
Could you please tell me what is happening?
Has the package really been cancelled by China Post? Where is my package now?

I don't understand why my parcel was rejected by the safety checkpoint in Beijing airport as it was thoroughly searched by China post when they took my luggage in charge.
Can I know why it was rejected? And is there any possibility for me to get back my parcel?

As I had to go back to my country before the lockdown several months ago, I could not bring my luggage back to my home. Hence they all remained to Tsinghua University in Beijing and I had to ask a Chinese student to pack my luggage and be the intermediary with China Post. Therefore, I was not the one to pack my luggage and I don't know exactly what the precise content of this parcel is . I just know that my belongings are inside it and that its content was thoroughly searched by China Post employees when they took it in charge at Tsinghua University and they told me they had already removed everything that was not allowed to be sent (medicine, liquide, batteries, etc). This is why I genuinely do not understand why there is any problem with my parcel.
But whatever is causing a problem to be delivered, would it be possible just to remove it and send the rest of the parcel? As I am a student and I had left for one year to study at Tsinghua University, this parcel should contain most of my belongings (clothes, books, etc) and is extremely important for me.
