I bought a product through Aliexpress Las t year (2019) but I have not revived it so far.

Could you help me please? Brazilian mail said today the package has never arrived in Brazil.

LO315221620CN was shipped 5 months ago. it should be lost. you need open dispute to aliexpress for refund.
