Hi. I have purchased something online and the package seemed to be shipped from China. After the package arrived in Singapore, it seems to go to the pick up location instead. But I didn’t receive any information about the pick up location and I didn’t receive any messages or phone calls from the delivery men. What should I do? Or can you tell me where is the pick up location or ‘‘tis there any hotline in Singapore I can dial to?
