Hi there. What is going on with these two parcels stuck at Guangzhou? Is it still in china?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels were shipped from Guangzhou to Canada on Jan 7. It is now in some middle place between China Post and Canada Post system. Possible location is in Shenzhen airport or Canada customs warehouse. You can not know exact location until parcel passes Canada customs.

such ePacket parcel shipping time might take 2 to 3 weeks.

Once parcel is released to Canada customs, Canada Post website will show its local location in Canada.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute for refund, otherwise please wait some more time.

Its a bit unusual, for 2 items, to not have any updates for a weeks already. Is there a way to see if parcel boarded plane? Or is jist sitting somewhere waiting for something? China customs?

I have few parcels that i ordered after the above, already landed in canada. These 2 no clue what is going on.
Please let me know. Very important.

You can not know where these 2 items are now. Please be patient and wait one or two more weeks. Once they arrive Canada, Canada Post website will show local location.

Sounds like our orders might be hanging out together. China to Canada, stalled out since the 7th. Tracking number LO691130857CN

Zteca1, i checked yours, and at least yours shows "CNSHAD,China, International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada"... which is a good sign.

I have handful of packages, that where processes basically between 5-7 january, and no update since that. Few items that were ordered after, all have normal updates.

I'm in the exact same situation as you...they said 7 to 12 days delivery but I'm still waiting ..

Ah, that's fair, didn't realize I was in a fortunate position. I've read that tracking numbers starting with LO are one of the quicker options, so was hoping it would arrive before February. Just wish there was some update instead of this purgatory.

I'd add screenshots of the bullcrap I've been fed by the so called helpline lady If i knew how haha. She keeps calling me "dear" its weird

Ha, she sounds hot.

Yeah, everything I've read says that it's basically a pipe dream to expect anything to get delivered before 6 weeks, so we'll see.
