my order with this tracking number ( RG053405245CN ) is on "Departure from outward office of exchange" status since 2014.09.19 15:20 (GMT-7), and no change since....
Can you help me?
They are two external hard drives on´it!!!

RG053405245CN should have some problem in beijing customs. open dispute and claim dispute.
