since 2/11/2026 10:36 AM is the Item held at inward office of exchange at GUANGZHOU.
Tracking number: CY733138641DE

Do you know the reason for that?

Is it possible, that you have some issues with the address?
The recipient updated the address to:

Ecomscaling Trade Limited

Room 405, 4/F, Building 1, Area B, Xinhong Bay Area, Dongguan, GUANGDONG, CN, 523980

CY733138641DE is in Guangzhou customs. The recipient has not made customs clearance . Please ask recipient call 11185 to make customs declaration.
