CY292329317DE 包裹卡住了，填写了收件人电话信息，至今也没有收到任何信息或者报关交税信息，请问能看看是什么问题吗？
Could you please check what the issue is with parcel CY292329317DE? It appears to be stuck. We have already provided the recipient’s phone number, but we still have not received any update, customs clearance notice, or tax payment information to date.

CY292329317DE 在4月18日就到了目的地, 但是收件人一直没有去办理报关. 你肯定收件人真的想要你的包裹吗? 如果包裹是为了退货退款, 一些没有诚信的卖家会故意拒绝清关和收货. 如果是这种情况,中国邮政是不能强行投递的.
