Hi, why my parcel. "Denied release by customs"?I would like to know the reason. The package includes a phone case. Tracking number LZ245072042CN .

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ245072042CN shows the parcel was returned to shipper on Aug 31. You will not get this item in future.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
