RL005226598CN Can anyone help me? I've been tracking my parcel since it was dispatched on oct 11th but it hasn't moved since oct 23rd. Other items I've received from this person have arrived within a week!

for unknown reason, RL005226598CN was rejected by airline. you should open dispute and claim refund.
