Where is my Package? CP395469090CN This tracking number is not working for me. The package has been in China since 3-7-20. How do I know what the exact location is at the present time?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP395469090CN shows your parcel was sent to Shanghai airport on Mar 7. It is still in Shanghai since then.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a very slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 90% airlines from china to USA. China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

your parcel is called china post ordinary parcel which has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
