My latest tracking update says “plan to pay airline transportation “ what does this mean?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UG988371025CN shows the parcel was shipped on Nov 5.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Ok thank you. It was the “plan to pay airline transportation” that came up on track17 that really confused me. I thought it meant I had to pay for it to fly here. Lol
