Post China post policy - lost parcels

I was wondering what is the exact policy of CN post regards to lost parcels?
If the parcel hasn't reach the customer abroad , how is the policy applied for parcel lost when it's still in China or lost somewhere between China and destination country or if has been lost in destination country by local post?
We have parcel sent by AIR and it's more the 1 month and still hasn't reached Europe .
CP304162007CN ...2019/11/3 10:52 Departure export customs BEIJING

My question is , how much time is the time that I should start to worry?

Thanks.

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel.

It is a very slow parcel. Normally it will arrive India in 4 to 6 weeks.

If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.

"This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel." ..please ask for an update of the answering template, because this one is already outdated. Means...wrong answer. CP doesn't stand for anything there since the form ( the green paper you stick on the parcel ) has already printed those numbers below the barcode. They all start with CP , yet the form has an option to choose how to send the parcel. 3 boxes can be ticked off. Surface, SAL and AIR. We paid for for AIR which is almost 60% more expensive than SAL and double of the Surface price. So I don't see any reason why should wait half year when paid double of the price!
Anyway, when I started to write this, we got notified that parcel has finally been marked up in Prague airport. My question remains: How long is the time I should be worried about the parcel sent to EU via AIR? I'm asking because my customers frequently asking me.
Kind regards.
Yuri

Czech Post website shows CP304162007CN just arrived Prague customs. the parcel is in interim warehouse - asked to prove the value of the goods.

Please contact Czech Post in Prague to make customs clearance and pickup your parcel.

I said already that I knew that parcel has arrived "Anyway, when I started to write this, we got notified that parcel has finally been marked up in Prague airport." . Why are you repeating it? ,avoiding my question? So I guess you don't know the answer?

But I believe you need me to repeat my question for you : When is the time I should be worried that parcel has been lost if shipped by AIR to Europe?

Please answer this very simple question.

Thank you!
