Hi China Post,

Need your help to check my track no. LA974758061CN because from received notification (order from TROWBY) on 25th Jan until now result for tracking still under "no shipping record".

Its scam or Company from China still close because coronavirus? Need yuor feedback with thanks.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LA974758061CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

if you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.

Thanks for feedback.
Yes i already received on 25th Jan and try follow up with seller on 28th Jan but until now still no feedback. So i believed its scammed.

Can i know how to open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.

If you paid with PayPal/aliexpress, you need contact their customs service to report scam. If you paid with credit card, call your bank to file charge back against fraud.

Hi China Post,

Just received respond from shipper after i inform to fraud and claim refund. The reason shipment pending, shipper mention problem from post office.

shipper is still playing game with you. He has not shipped anything yet. If he has shipped the goods, China Post database will show shipping location and status.
