What does it mean if I got something from China post and it was attempted but it failed ? I’m home all day I don’t understand how it failed ? Tracking ID RP184848856CN. Why did it fail ?

USPS.com shows the parcel arrived MISHAWAKA, IN 46544 on Feb 11, Notice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available).

You need go to above mentioned USPS office to pickup your parcel asap.
