Post Arrived at local sorting centre for 2 months?

I purchased two very low value items and were assigned these tracking numbers:

AS492152371CN

AS430245569CN

I am more concerned about the first as it has not yet been delivered after two months of arriving and the second number is showing identical tracking - leading to my extended concern. This is particularly strange as the AS tracking numbers are supposedly the best China Post tracking, yet I received them as free tracking on items worth less than $2 USD.

Is there any advice I can be provided? Thank you.

shows the AS492152371CN was arrived in Australia on Jul.11, and the AS430245569CN was arrived in Australia on Sep.17.
The parcels was handled by Australia Post after they arrived in Australia, suggest you contact them for the delivery details.
