RB890094677SG has nothing to do with China Post. It looks like Singapore Post tracking number.

Some China seller use Singapore Post to ship battery item. The parcel should arrive Singapore first, then transit to destination country through Singapore Post system.

Singapore Post and Saudi Post website shows RB890094677SG arrived Jeddah on Jan 14. you need call Saudi Post for delivery detail.
