I have another item tracking # 89072507287 that's been in the same status since 01/20/2017. Does this mean the items were received by the carrier and held up at customs, or are these fake tracking numbers/statuses? Just seems odd that there would be no change in status for 3 weeks on the older package. Thanks.

89072507287 is on the way to your country, no need worry. you can not know exact location because it is china post ordinary parcel with has very limited scan.

Is there somewhere that I can see the ame tracking info you are seeing? When I track both of the are still saying 【 Guangzhou互换局】Export security scan. Where did you get the info that 89072507287 is on the way to the US? Thanks.

Thank you, I understand that, but how do you know? When I track it, there has been no change of status. Where can I see the tracking info, showing it's on it's way to the US? Thanks.

89072507287 is china post ordinary parcel. status will not change even it is moving. What I told you is based on my previous experience.
