A seller gave me the tracking code LO893307827CN. There has been no new activities since March, 17. :( Please tell me where is the parcel. It must have been send to Russia long ago. Thank you!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO893307827CN was shipped from China to Russia on Mar 17. It is still in Guangzhou airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Russia. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives Russia, Russia Post website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.

Thanks! Would you kindly update on this? Is the parcel still on route and in Guangzhou airport waiting for flight space? :(

LO893307827CN has no update. It has more than 50% chance to be lost. I suggest you open dispute for refund.
