Post Where is my parcel, cant track nothing?

LL611926009CN can't track this parcel number. Company has changed names at least 10 times since ordering on June 9th. Wrote company and guy told me on it's way. Then nothing came. Wrote again weeks later same guy said it's on the way and still nothing. Wrote again then said it got lost so shipping another out and I'd get new tracking number. Waited a week for new tracking number and it is the same as the old tracking number and when I check this package out i get nothing saying where it is just like the old number. But yet my credit card price keeps increasing. Is this a scam or how do I check this tracking?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LL611926009CN has no shipping record . This means your seller did not ship you anything. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute against fraud immediately.
