hi there.

My order track number is LL453354730CN , it said that the 3rd of July it was "missed delivery/Item forwarded/redirected" and today a new activity came out stating "departure export customs".

What does this mean? It is coming back to china? if yes how can i have back my money?

LL453354730CN arrived Italy but failed delivery. Then it was returned to China by Italy Post on Jul 5. Not sure failure delivery reason. You need contact Italy Post for detail.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
