Hi

Vendor gave me tracking # LO953772139CN on Mar 23 but your system still has no record of it. If it is on the way and is delayed by the Covid, that's fine, but if there is no actual shipment then this vendor is fraud and I need to start an investigation.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO953772139CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
