Hello, I placed this order 92 days ago the initial notified shipment UW487086476CN was cancelled and replaced a month after placing the order with UW522542470CN after 65 days I have still not received my goods.
I'm suspecting this tracking code may have been deceptively supplied by the seller and may not be associated with my order.
I have opened a dispute but the seller, Step-Tools Store, is still messing me about.
Can you tell me the Town in the UK that the parcel UW522542470CN is addressed to?
Thank you for any advice you are able to give.

Unfortunately we only know UW522542470CN destination is UK. You can not know detail address including city and street number.

this kind of tracking number starting with U is called China Post ordinary small parcel. This is a very slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 90% airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Thank you, it's what I expected though, the seller may be devious but not thick. They charged £2 for shipping but used the cheapest, riskiest method available, obviously pocketing the difference, which serves their purpose as the tracking is poor at best and stops once the parcel leaves China so no way to ascertain the parcel's destination.
Good news is it no longer matters, other than this rogue seller still being allowed to trade on Aliexpress, as, after the seller tried to con me into accepting their 'no refund' proposal Customer Service refunded my money.
Proposal:
Refund GBP ￡ 0.00
Comments:
"Dear buyer Aliexpress service will refund the money to you according the tracking information Best regards"

If I had stupidly accepted this the dispute would have been closed, no refund by Aliexpress and would not have been able to re-open it, as I said, devious, not thick.
I advise everyone to avoid this seller like the plague.
