The tracking for the item RB792464616CN has been stuck on, 'Departure from outward office of exchange', for nearly 3 weeks now. The seller has been unresponsive and I was wondering if you could let me know what this means for my parcel.

RB792464616CN was sent to airline on Dec 2. Normally it needs another 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight and arrive Belarus.

Okay thank you. Also I have ordered other thing after ordering this and they have already arrived but they were smaller, does the size of the package make a difference? And the package is supposed to be for UK, not Belarus? Is this a mistake or is it definitely going to Belarus?

RB792464616CN is going to Belarus, NOT UK. So I believe seller gave you wrong number. You should ask seller for correct number asap. If he can not provide correct number, file a dispute immediately.

The seller is unresponsive and has been for the past few weeks so I will file a dispute with Paypal immediately.
