i am very sorry to say that this is the first time i purchased some item from china .i live in Australia, i bought 4 items but i haven't received none of them 1 onths and i haven't received the item.i couldn't find any information about the tracking number. could you kindly tell me from whee i can get the information.

3 itesm under same tracking number RB711733173CN

1 item under this tracking number RB790202025CN

RB790202025CN is fake number. China Post has never received the parcel.
RB711733173CN stuck in Beijing for one month, it might have been returned to shipper.

To protect your money, you'd better file non-receipt dispute before deadline, check following post:
