Dear China Post Team,
Please could you help with the identifying the location of my shipment - RB447286443CN.
It was sent in May last year and still I haven`t received it, Tiny Deal reps keep promising to find it for more than half a year, but nothing happens. The last status of the parcel is:
RB447286443CN -2013 -In Customs-Control warehouse -Urumuqi -Kazakhstan- 20130531 1222.
I have put the inquiry to my local postal service and they told me the shipment hasn`t cross the Kazakhstan border yet.
Please advise if the shipment is returned to sender?

if your parcel has battery or liquid inside, 90% possibility is returned to shipper or destroyed by customs.

Yes it contained the lithium battery for the phone.
