I made an ebay purchase through paypal on 11/5/13, and the listing was suspiciously removed. I contacted the seller and they insist the order has been shipped. The tracking number is RB877695283CN, but when I look it up, is gives very generic information and provides no dates or specifics on the current location of my shipment. I'm nervous that there is no shipment. Can you verify that there is indeed something on the way to me?

RB877695283CN is in shanghai waiting for airline space to USA. However, if ebay removed the listing, you can claim refund right now. Once you receive the parcel in future, you can pay back or simply reject the item.
