Can you please advise what the status "Handed over to airlines" means? This was done on 3/27/20, but I still haven't received my package yet. Tracking number is LY054900055CN.

"Handed over to airlines" means china post has given the parcel to airline warehouse and no more control this parcel.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY054900055CN shows the parcel is still in guangzhou since Mar 27.

Our latest report shows average shipping waiting time to USA is about 50 days. Your parcel is slower than average time and have 40% chance to be lost.

I suggest you wait 10 to 20 more days . Once parcel arrives USA, you can track latest arrival info in http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php. If you can not arrival info by Jun 30, you need open dispute for refund.
