Post Seller not responding back to my emails

Okay I ordered some shoes from http://www.airmaxfreekicks. I had a bad feeling about this website but my dumb self gave it a try anyway. I spent $101.00 for the shoes. Anyways, the seller only E-mailed me twice only to give me my tracking number which is LT752066324CN. After a week I emailed them back 3 times no response. I did it again still no response. I have a bad feeling Ive been scammed. Please help

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows the parcel just arrived USA today.

In future, you should be very careful when buying from such no name website.

I ordered some Swimwear from seller starfashiondirect from ebay, I would like if you can help with My Problem. I have a problem with seller starfashiondirect, I bought two swimsuits item number:251774343332 blue and green, They were small and seller starfashiondirect He told me to send them back and send me my money. I paid 15 euros with Tracking number RE593629188GR,and the last Tracking report says 2016-12-11 13:50:09.0 ??city ????? attempt delivery. my Post office made my report to Chinese Post office and he says that it was delivered to seller starfashiondirect. why so long I did not send me my money back, He told me to send back and took me and my money. can you help me get my money. I have sent many messages to seller starfashiondirect, and has not answered me and ignore me for 26 days. She took my money made me send him the swimsuit back without sending me my money, and I paid 15 euros but in my post office with Tracking number to see where is my package and does not answer my messages. what to do to get my money ebay.

I believe it is the seller's problem. either he intentionally does not accept the return or he gave wrong return address in ebay.

you can escalate dispute to ebay and explain the situation to ebay customer service, normally ebay will protect buyer and will refund you money. Also contact seller , if he can refund you money , you can leave him good feedback.
