Dear China Post Register Mail Tracking Team,

I am very upset because of the parcel not delivered to me, added fuel to the fire when I came to know order was successfully delivered to some other customer.

Tracking ID is RV946961004CN and My Order No. against this tracking ID is 103508756715001 at Ali Express.

May I Know this tracking ID is for me, for my order or for some Other Customer. Please respond as soon as possible, because AliExpress Dispute Management Team said that If I did not get the package, then I must provide shipping company's missing parcel documents within valid time. Please help!

UAE post website shows RV946961004CN arrived EMPOST OFFICE - DUBAI on Jul 22. Mail Received by Customer.

If you did not get the parcel, you need contact EMPOST office in Dubai for delivery detail.

I visited the EMPOST Office Dubai facility earlier, and they have given me the paper, a document, which states that the order is received by Mr. Niyaz and the order is for Mina Belheif customer. I want to know that this tracking ID is for me or for this customer name Mina Belheif. May be you can check with my order No. 103508756715001, that if this is the same order No. printed for the Tracking ID RV946961004CN or some other order No. was associated with that. I just want to know this.

This will help me to claim my dispute.

It all depends on your answer. I will be very glad if you could help me in this regard.

you need provide those UAE post document to Ali Express or PayPal to prove that seller has shipped the goods to wrong person. Then you can open dispute for refund.
