Post RH363819510CN Parcel delivered in UAE with wrong PO Box and stuck to Post Office

Originally, I'm expecting that my package will be directly delivered to our office since I put our office address as delivery address. Apparently, the shipper had input wrong PO BOX and the package was currently stuck in the post office. UAE has a strict rules on collection. Though you present IDs, reference number as long as there is an error on information they will not release the package. they advise us if the shipper can at least contact the carrier/post office on their side to make an amendment / correct the address. Maybe an internal communication between the China post office to contact our post office to correct the address. Is it possible? as the shop keep saying they cannot do about it. I want a refund but they need the item back to process it but I cannot ship it because I cant even collect the package it self.

I don't think China Post can do this for you. Normally it is seller's responsibility to write proper address and p.o box in the parcel and take the non-arrival risk. If you open dispute to paypal and seller can not prove that you received the parcel, you can get refund.
