CAN YOU SEE WHAT YOU CAN DO PLEASE?
FOLLOWING THE TRACK,OR WHAT.
I CALL THE POST OFFICE AND SHE SAD THAT I SEND A MESSAGE TO YOUR COMPONY.

Belgium Post shows LO424024268CN was delivered on Nov 25. You need contact Belgium Post for delivery detail. If Bpost doesn't help you, need contact shipper to file investigation with China Post. You can not contact China Post directly to ask for investigation because it is against privacy policy.
