Hi could you please help me too, I have a case that same as your and I need help form china post volunteer, I've just received a tracking number for aliexpress, the package has send by singapore post with tracking number LP320711643SG but when I've checked it both in 17track and singapore post tracking system the tracking can't be found however on aliexpress tracking it can be tracked that's I am little bit confused with it.... I have kno idea whether the shipper has given me a fake tracking number or not.

LP320711643SG has nothing to do with China Post. It looks like Singapore Post tracking number.

Some China seller use Singapore Post to ship battery item. The parcel should arrive Singapore first, then transit to destination country through Singapore Post system.

You can not see shipping record until parcel arrives Singapore. This might take one or two more weeks.

Once it enters Singapore Post system, you can track your parcel in Singapore Post website.
