Hi I have tried to post on this web page but I am having great difficulty.
I posted a parcel to China, tracked and signed by Royal Mail, GB. The parcel has arrived at the local distribution centre, and has been out for delivery a couple of times. However when I gave the buyer the tracking numbers and details she says the office will not give her the parcel without the correct number. I am totally confused, please help

If you gave the tracking number to receiver, he can call 11185 to arrange pickup the parcel.
