How do I know what is real or fake as my tracking number LO614891887CN has not updated since 11/12/19

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO614891887CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Dec 12. It is real.

Normally parcel will take 2 to 4 weeks to reach UK. Once it passes UK import customs clearance, Royal Mail will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
