RB942118977CN is still in Beijing waiting for airline to Romania. You should wait another 2 to weeks to get the parcel. You can also see your parcel delivery information in Romania here:

Departures doesn't mean that it's gone, on it's way?

you need some patient. Normally you need wait another two weeks until the parcel arrives Romania.
