According to your tracking system this parcel has departed Guangzhou on the 9th of November 2013 at 04h49
Since then I have had no feedback and the system has not been updated. 😮
Could you please allocate this parcel and advise soonest.

This is surely not a good answer....the system is saying that the parcel has departed and departed mean left not waiting for space. 😮
